We arrange an on-site visual inspection to prepare your free estimate. For distant properties, we request detailed photos and/or videos. Scope and price are agreed upon before cleaning.

How do I get a price?

Send your location and the service you need. We normally arrange a free on-site visual inspection; for distant properties, we request detailed photos and/or videos. We agree on scope and price before cleaning.

Do I need a deep clean first?

We recommend it before ongoing maintenance when the property needs a detailed reset. It is not an automatic requirement for every service; we assess your needs first.

How often can I schedule maintenance?

Frequency is agreed according to your property and priorities. There is no single schedule for everyone; tell us what you need and we will discuss availability.

Which areas do you serve?

Grand Rapids, East Grand Rapids and nearby West Michigan communities. Share your city or ZIP code so we can confirm whether we can serve your location.

What is included in my cleaning?

The written estimate defines the areas and tasks included. Cabinet or appliance interiors and other detailed work are included only if agreed. We also confirm products, equipment and any requirements for delicate surfaces before the visit.

Can I contact you without calling?

Yes. Use text, email or the estimate form. You can write in English or Spanish. You do not need to upload photos to send your first inquiry.

Will you photograph my home?

Sharing photos for our public gallery is optional. Client submissions are reviewed before publication, and contact details are not displayed. Photos sent privately for an estimate are not automatically added to the gallery.
