Estimate inquiries
We use the name, general location, contact details and message you submit to reply to your inquiry and coordinate service. These details are not published. You do not need to attach photos or give a full address for your first inquiry. The form stores your request in a panel with access restricted to Mycasa.
After saving the form, you may choose to open your messaging app and send the request details to Mycasa’s phone. This is optional and requires tapping Send in your app; carrier messaging rates may apply. If email notifications are activated, we use Resend to notify Mycasa of a new request using its reference and a link to the private panel, without including your contact details or message in that notification.
Client-submitted photos
Participation is optional. Photos and captions submitted through the gallery are published only after review and with the authorization included in the form. The sender’s email remains private. Images sent to prepare an estimate are not automatically published. Do not submit people, addresses, documents or details identifying a property.
Technical data & retention
This website uses Sites and Cloudflare hosting and storage. Mycasa records daily counts of visits, contact clicks and received forms by language, without its own tracking cookies or visitor identifiers. These counts do not represent unique people or sales. To limit abuse, a temporary hash of the network address and day is stored; the network address is not stored in inquiry records. Hosting platforms may process technical logs to operate the service.
Inquiries and submissions are retained until Mycasa deletes them from its panel. You can request access, correction or deletion of your information, or removal of a photo. Identify the request or image you want reviewed; we may need to confirm it belongs to you.
